We had a "field trip" to Old Fashioned Day at UBC on Saturday. We had a FULL & FUN day! We were there from 10 AM till 9 PM! Hope you enjoy our day with pictures!
Our day started with a biscuit & gravy breakfast at home before we left. When we got there, the boys wanted to dig for "treasure" first. They dug in the sand and found 2 tokens each to trade in for prize toys and a sno-cone.
Then they jumped in the Castle and each shot the paintball gun (I helped Blake).
Christopher loved holding the 4-week-old kitten in the petting zoo.
I liked the pigs. :-)
There was a calf, miniature horse and goats.
The last picture here is a couple who had their baby dressed as a cow and held a sign that said "$1.00--Hold a Live Baby Cow!"

Horse Rides & Hayrack Ride. Lilly slept during the whole hayrack ride and Blake fell asleep about half way through!
Kids in the stroller; Trint & Christopher watching some guys play ball; Blake "fishing" for candy; eating supper; & eating ice-cream when we got home before going to bed.
